Our coaches provide personalized guidance to refine your technique, build strength, and boost confidence. These sessions are all about helping you become the best version of yourself both inside and outside the gym.
Barbell Club
Our Barbell Club meets every other Saturday and is included with your CrossFit Woodbridge membership. This specialty class focuses on the snatch and clean & jerk, giving athletes the chance to refine technique and build strength. Whether you’re new to Olympic lifting or looking to sharpen your skills, Barbell Club helps you lift with confidence and power.
